Springhill Suites By Marriott Savannah I-95 South, Georgetown

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were quite noisy, and I even had somebody else's belongings left behind, but overall, they were very good. The hotel looked like all wall sockets were yanked out, which was a bit concerning. The service, however, was top-notch, with very informative and friendly staff, although I wish they had hand soap available for purchase. The location was convenient for visiting Savannah, despite being small and getting crowded, with the added advantage of being close to the Savannah Mall. The dining experience was one of the best I have ever seen, offering a good variety, though it could improve with more options. The facilities were satisfying overall, meeting my expectations.

I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and modern, but the service was lacking in accommodation and cleanliness. The location, although convenient, had some navigational challenges among guests. Dining options were subpar, except for a very good item on the menu. The facilities were decent, offering dry cleaning services.

Upon check-in, the room wasn't completely clean and had a mildewy smell, with issues like missing towels and stains on the sofa mattress and comforter; however, the room was spacious, well-suited for disabled individuals, and ultimately very clean. The value for money was acceptable despite some room discrepancies.
